Use the RCA Signal Finder App

to find the best location for your
antenna.
In the Google Play or Apple App
Stores, search for "RCA Signal Finder"
and look for the icon shown here. Then
download and install the App.
Launch the App and follow the
directions there to find the best
location and orientation for your
antenna.
Antenna Placement Tips
Avoid metal surfaces (like a metal stand).
Move the antenna close to or in a window.
Position the antenna as high as possible.

Unfold the antenna
Open the antenna until it forms a straight line.
The antenna will click into place.

Place the antenna (2 options)
This antenna offers two options for placement in your
home theater: either mounted to the wall or placed on a
flat surface using the included stand bracket.
Option 1: Using the stand bracket
This antenna has a stand bracket you can use to place the
antenna on a flat surface.
Line up the stand bracket with the
holes on the back of the antenna.
Place the stand bracket on these holes
and lift up to lock in place.
Option 2: Mount to a wall
This antenna has wall-mounting holes on its back spaced
6 " apart.

To mount the antenna to a wall:
1. Find where you want the center
of the antenna to be. Pencil two
locations for screws (not included) 6
" apart.

2. Make sure the marks are level. Then insert two screws
(not included) into the wall at the pencil marks—leave
some space between the screw heads and the wall for
the antenna to mount.
3. Finally, place the antenna's mounting holes over the
screws and gently push down to lock the antenna into
place.

Connect the antenna to your TV
Make sure your TV is turned
off. Then connect the antenna's
coaxial cable to the antenna input
on your TV or digital converter
box.

Plug in the antenna's amplifier
Plug one end of the included
USB to mini-USB cable into the
amplifier on the antenna's built-in
cable.
TIP: The Bypass / Amplifier switch lets you turn the amplifier for TV signals
on (Amplifier) or off (Bypass). Most TV channels will perform better with this
switch left in the Amplifier position. However, if a channel is not providing the
performance you expect, try watching it with this switch in the Bypass position
to see if that makes a difference.
Plug the other end of the
Wall-mounting holes
included USB to mini-USB cable
into the power adapter provided.
Then plug the adapter into a
power outlet or surge protector.
Note: If your TV has a USB power
outlet, you can plug the USB to
mini-USB cable directly into it for
power instead of using the power adapter.

Scan for channels on your TV
Most TVs have a channel scan option in their menu
system, many times in a SETUP or CHANNEL menu under
ANTENNA. For detailed instructions on performing a
channel scan, see the owner's manual that came with
your TV.
