Detector Wiring The detector assembly may be hinged away or removed completely from the detector back to aid installation. To ensure that water does not get into the detector follow the dedicated cable route. Bring the cable in through the back following the route shown, piercing the rubber cable grommet to maintain a water tight seal. -
