General information
MINI recommends that you only use parts and
accessory products that have been tested
and approved by MINI in terms of their safety,
function and suitability.
Please read these instructions for use carefully
before using the Mobility Set.
BMW AG accepts no liability for the product or
any defects if these operating instructions are not
complied with in full.
Should you have any questions during installation
or operation, please call the MINI dealer from
whom you purchased this product. They will be
happy to help you.
How the set works
The Mobility Set enables you to seal minor tyre
damage on a temporary basis so that you can
continue your journey. Liquid sealant is pumped
into the tyre and seals the damaged area from
the inside as it hardens.

Safety instructions
Store the Mobility Set as securely as possible,
for example under the floor panel of the luggage
compartment or secure the Mobility Set using
a carabiner hook to the lashing eyelets in
the luggage compartment, otherwise it may
endanger passengers when you brake or take
evasive action.
Tyre sealant safety information
The tyre sealant contains natural rubber
and ethanediol. Refer to the danger and
safety information on the label of the
sealant container.
Safety instructions in the event of a
puncture
Park the car as far away as possible from
moving traffic. Switch the hazard warning
lights on. Engage the steering lock with
the wheels lined up straight. Secure the
car to prevent it rolling by engaging the
handbrake and selecting first or reverse
gear or automatic selector lever position
P . Get all passengers out of the car and
take them away from the danger area,
for example behind the crash barriers. If
necessary, place a warning triangle or a
flashing light at a suitable distance from
the car and put on a hi viz vest.
Comply with national regulations.
