Solution
Make sure the power cable is connected
to a working power source.
Make sure the appliance is switched on.
Contact Solis or a Solis authorized service
center.
Remove the ingredients that are too hard.
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Install the parts correctly.
Place the appliance on a stable and flat
surface.
