We recommend cleaning the appliance after every use. To clean the appliance:
1. Switch off and unplug the appliance.
2. Rinse the following parts with hot water and dish soap:
– Small tamper
– Tamper

– Grating insert
– Wavy blade insert
– Fine julienne insert
– Slicing insert
– Feed port cover
– Insert holder
Wipe the motor unit
