GRIND Press and hold the push-button for grinding mode (Fig. C) for 2 seconds to
activate grinding mode. The LED (Fig. B-2) flashes green every 3 seconds.

3.4 Helmet settings
1. Setting the headband to the proper fit
• To ensure the headband fits properly, push the small button out of the currently selected
slot, then slide it into the desired slot until the small button snaps into place (Fig. D-1).
• Adjust the headband to your head circumference by turning the adjustment dial (Fig. D-2).
• Once you have put on the helmet, move your head around to make sure the helmet fits
securely and firmly.
2. Setting the distance between the filter and your face
• Press down the "LOCK" catches on both sides and hold them firmly in place (Fig. D-3).

3. Setting the viewing angle
