1 Overview
This function is to assist operation of AMS2750 Rev. G (Aerospace Material Specifications of the U.S.) and
CQI-9 (Special Process: Heat Treat System Assessment).
1-1 Accuracy of KR2S00/ KR3S00/ KR2D00/ KR3D00 after using Input value correction
function adjustment
This specification is provided so that the customer can use the input value correction function of this
device to meet the accuracy required by the AMS2750G and CQI-9.
Following is the accuracy when input value correction function (Up to 16 points) is used. This is the
performance under the standard operating conditions. For the standard operating conditions, refer to the
specification section of the general instruction manual.

If all the administrators become unable to log in (Locked-out), the administrators are not be able to log in as the administrators after this. [Operation]→[MENU settings]→[System settings]→[Security settings]→[General user registration] In this screen, registration of the general user, the password initialization and authority setting can be done. Enter ID and full name. *5 ID: Log in ID can be set.
  • Page 9 (3) User delete Procedure [Operation]→[MENU settings]→[System settings]→[Security settings]→[Administrator registration] or [General user settings] To delete a user, delete the ID name of the desired ID. The ID of the currently logged-in administrator cannot be deleted. (4) How to change the log in password Follow the steps below to move to this screen.

By touching an item, a check mark is placed.

[Operation]→[MENU settings]→[System settings]→[Security settings]→[Login settings] In this screen, log in password expiration date and auto log out time etc. can be set. Items Descriptions Password expiration date can be set. Password expires (days) If it expires, it is necessary to set the password again (0 to 400 days).

  • Page 16 2-2 Electronic signature function Add the electronic signature to the recorded binary data file. *The administrator can sign all the sign level. *The general user can only sign the level which is registered at “Authority settings”. *A signature can only be made in order from level 1. For example, if you are to sign signature level 3, it is necessary to sign signature level 1 and 2.
  • Page 17 On the trend screen of the recorded data, by touching [Operation], a screen on the right is displayed. [Signature] cannot be done at this stage. Display the whole trend of displayed recorded data (to the bottom of the data). Then you will be able to select the signature.

Then, find the error from the slope of the corresponding range and subtract it from the measurement value (reading value) to correct it.

  • Page 26 4 Temperature sensor management function Procedure (1) Set judgment condition. Procedure (2) Register temperature sensor. Procedure (3) Check on the sensor information screen. Procedure (4) Perform alarm setting, mail report, and contact output (optional). When the setting is done, condition judgment is started using total time, cycle count, and usage period. When the current value reaches 80% of the judgment value, a message is displayed in yellow.

If the measurement value exceeds start temperature, it starts counting usage hour.   • Page 37 Caution *23 Abnormal measurement judgment is done to the data scaled by input range/ scale setting, the data taken in by low order communication, and the calibration result. For this reason, set as many decimal points as possible in the input range/ scale settings. More detailed judgment becomes available by this setting.
  • Page 38 6 Operation screen display The functions and displays of the operation screen are different from the standard device. 6-1 Recording status check operation The recording status of every group can be checked from the operation screen. There are two ways to display “Recording status display”.

    7-1 Digital printing Follow the steps below to move to this screen. [Operation]→[MENU settings]→[File settings] Touch PDF setting “Digital”. Perform settings for PDF digital printing. Details of setting items are described in the next section. Printing contents can be selected by touching the Print information setting.

This is because the digital printing file is created with the start time which is a multiple of the product of the "recording cycle" and the "sample count"(=PDF digital printing interval).
