  • Page 7 Assembly Instructions NOTE: Please do not fully tighten all bolts and screws until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled, go back and fully tighten all bolts and screws. This will make the assembly easier. 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
  • Page 8 Assembly Instructions 6. Slide the Drawer Bottom Panel (F1) into the grooves on both Drawer Side Panels (D1 and E1) until fully inserted into the Drawer Front (B1). The cam lock housings face outward 7. Orient and attach the Drawer Bottom Support (G1) to the Drawer Front (B1) by engaging and tightening two Small Cam Locks (4) with a Phillips screwdriver.
  • Page 9 Assembly Instructions Groove 8. Orient and fasten the Drawer Back Panel (C1) to both Drawer Side Panels (D1 and E1) and the Drawer Bottom Support (G1) with six 38 mm Pan Head Screws (7). Make sure that the Drawer Bottom Panel (F1) fits securely into the groove of the Drawer Back Panel (C1).
  • Page 10 Assembly Instructions 10. Securely screw eleven Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Hutch Moldings (C, E and G) using a Phillips screwdriver. 11. Securely screw seven Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on both Hutch Side Panels (B and F) and the Hutch Fixed Shelf (I) using a Phillips screwdriver.
  • Page 11 Assembly Instructions 12. Glue twenty 30 mm Wood Dowels (3) into the inner holes on both Hutch Side Panels (B and F), Hutch Fixed Shelf (I) and the Hutch Bottom Panel (J). NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of all the dowels and wipe away the excess glue immediately with a damp cloth.

Flip around the Hutch Large Partition (D) and screw one Cam Bolt (2) into the small hole at the front upper corner using a Phillips screwdriver.

Ask for assistance to position the Hutch Top (A) so that the installed Cam Bolts enter the holes in top edges of the previous assembly simultaneously.

Fasten the Hutch Bottom Stretcher (L) between the Hutch Large Partition (D) and Hutch Right Side Panel (F) by engaging and tightening two Large Cam Locks (1) using a Phillips screwdriver.

Securely screw sixteen Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on both Cabinet Side Frames (P and Q) and Cabinet Bottom Stretcher (U) using a Phillips screwdriver. 180° 34. Flip around the Cabinet Right Side Frame (Q) and screw six Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the outer surface with slider track.

Using the pilot holes as a guide, fasten the Metal Stretcher (H1) between the Cabinet Left Side Frame (P) and Desk Right Side Frame (R) with four 15 mm Pan Head Screws (6). 54.

Orient and fasten the other Small Metal Bracket (19) over the pilot holes on the Desk Top (O) with two 15 mm Screws (9).
  • Page 28 Assembly Instructions 59. Insert two 30 mm Bolts (14) through the mounting holes of the Metal Stretcher (H1) and securely screw into the Desk Top (O). Tighten the bolts with the L-Key provided. 60. Insert two 15 mm Screws (9) through the Small Metal Bracket (19) installed underneath the Desk Top (O) into the Desk Right Side Frame (R).

With the help of another adult, attach the assembled hutch onto the Desk Top (O) by engaging and tightening six Large Cam Locks (1) using a Phillips screwdriver.
  • Page 30 Assembly Instructions 63. Insert four Shelf Pins (11) into the desired holes in the sides of Hutch Partitions (D and H). Make sure you place four shelf pins in the same level to level the shelf. Tilt and rest the Hutch Removable Shelf (M) onto the Shelf Pins (11) making sure the end notches fit onto the Shelf Pins properly.
