WARNING! To reduce the risk of injury,
disconnect from power supply before servicing.
• Do not use extension cords with this product.
• Do not expose fan to water or rain.
• To reduce risk of fire or electrical shock, do not use
the product with a solid state speed control device.
• Never move or rotate fan while running.
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, connect only
to an outlet provided with a ground fault circuit
interrupting device.
• Those who are not qualified electricians should not
disassemble, repair or rebuild the fan.
• Unplug the fan when it is not in use.
• Do not unplug the fan by holding the cable cord.
Unplug by holding the plug and pulling.
• Do not use the fan when there is damage to the
cable cord or plug.
• Do not use this fan outdoors. This fan is designed
for indoor use only.

• Do not use the fan close to a fire.
• Do not immerse the fan in water.
• Unplug the fan from the socket and clean it with a
soft cloth.
• If you have removed the guard for cleaning, fit the
guard back onto the fan before starting up the fan.
• Do not insert your hand or other objects into the
guard or the movable parts.
• This fan is not intended for use by people (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge
unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the fan by a person
responsible for their safety. Supervise children to
ensure they do not play with the fan.
• If the supply cord is damaged, contact Uline
Customer Service.
• To reduce risk of fire, electric shock or injury to
persons, do not use replacement parts that have
not been recommended by Uline Customer Service.
