Additional Kits:
- SA288FLK (Fog Light Kit) 30min.
- SA288ALK (All-In-1 Light Kit; Fog + DRL) 1hr.
- SA288IMK (Infill and Mesh Kit) 10min.
Warning:
•
Do not attach the bar to the vehicle using anchorages not intended for this purpose.
•
Do not use this product for any vehicle make or model, other than those specified on the
instruction.
•
Do not remove the plaque or label from the VFPS (SmartBar).
•
Do not modify the structure of the VFPS in any way.
Note:
•
Left and Right hand sides of the vehicle and SmartBar throughout this instruction are
from the view of being in the drivers seat looking forward.
•
Please take the time to read the instructions thoroughly before proceeding with fitment of
the SmartBar.
•
Ensure all components, as listed in the bill of materials on the back page, are received
prior to commencing the fitment. Please retain all hardware until fit-up is complete.
•
All wiring should be completed by a qualified auto electrician. SmartBar bears no
responsibility for any electrical failure caused by the incorrect fitment of the lamps.
•
Ensure these fitting instructions are passed onto the vehicle owner and/or operator.
CAUTION A torque specification of 28Nm for the M10 and 55Nm for the M12
!
bolts into the SmartBar brass nutserts. THESE MUST NOT BE OVERTIGHTENED.
!
Anti-seize MUST be used on all threaded fittings into the Bar.

Reer to 2812030 Fitting instruction or recovery point installation. MAX Bolt protrusion 15mm Note: Check i winch wiring can reach 257-WC the specied connection point beore Fairlead installing. Some winches may require wiring extensions.

- Page 16 Step 5: Smartbar Installation Place StealthBar on brackets ready or hardware installation as shown. NOTE: Ensure all intended accessory Bracket and/or any og lights are tted, Mount bar onto bracket kit CAUTION: Anti-seize MUST be used on all bolts in this step Install hardware shown.
- Page 17 FOR SA288BL314, SA330BL314 256-AB and SA259CDM [optional] For other variants, skip this step. Fasten 259-CSL using the hardware shown. M10 Washer X1 Repeat on the other side. M10 x 20 Bolt X1 259-CSL Tighten hardware to specifed toque. Once correctly installed, tighten both bolts M10 Fastener(s): 44 Nm.

Plug in Cable RHS Shown 6.1b Plug the the Fog light to the vehicle. Clips grille back in position. OE Bolts x5 secure the grille using Hardware as shown.
