  • Page 3 IMPORTANT Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and non- abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on pages 4 and 5 of this instruction manuals. NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.

  • Page 6 Assembly Instructions H2 x 8 DO NOT fully tighten the bolts or screws initially until all the bolts or screws are ready to assemble. To avoid causing damages to the thread, DO NOT over-tighten the bolts or screws. 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
  • Page 7 Assembly Instructions H3 x 8 3. Glue the Wood Dowels (H3) into the designated holes on the Base Left Side Panel (H) and Base Partition Panel (I). NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels and wipe off the excess glue immediately.

  • Page 19 Assembly Instructions H5 x 2 15. Insert two 50 mm Pan Head Screws (H5) through the mounting holes on the Bottom Panel (L) and securely screw into the Base Partition Panel (I) with a Phillips screwdriver (not provided).
  • Page 20 Assembly Instructions H1 x 10 16. Ask for assistance to lift the assembled unit upright and position it near the final location. 17. Fasten the vertical panels (H, I and J) to both Base Top Panel (K) and Bottom Panel (L) by engaging 10 Cam Locks (H1) as shown.

  • Page 31 Assembly Instructions NOTE: The metal brackets provide an important safeguard against accidents. Make sure you attach the provided metal brackets to the units with the screws to prevent the units from falling over. H4 x 6 H8 x 2 28. Ask for assistance to lift the assembled hutch upright and position it onto the Base Top Panel (K) carefully, so that you will not scratch the top surface.
  • Page 32 Assembly Instructions H7 x 18 H6 x 12 30. Insert four Shelf Supports (H6) into the desired holes pre-drilled on both Hutch Side Panels (A and B). Ensure that the four Shelf Supports are level. Tilt and rest the Large Adjustable Shelf (G) onto the Shelf Supports (H6).

Ask for assistance to position the assembled unit at the desired location against a wall. If necessary, adjust the installed floor levelers to correct the tilting.
