    Introduction (Intention and Disclaimer) The intention of this operation manual is to guide the operator through daily functions of a Turflux equipped sprayer. Each section is laid out in a step-by-step fashion to ensure all steps are easy to read and understand. The sections covered in this manual are for initial set up of zone maps and modifications as well as using the created maps for pesticide/ fertilizer applications.

    2. Power ON/OFF Envizio Pro II Computer Power On, press and hold the blue power button on right side of Envizio-Pro II Field Computer until the screen lights up. (See CAUTION at bottom of page if you just powered down, before turning the E-Pro back on) The screen starts with an opportunity to “calibrate”...

    3. Mapping Creating “Spray” or “No-Spray” Zones 3a) FIRST: Set your Switch Pro Master Switch to the OFF position. You will not need this function while creating spray zones or no-spray zones. From the Home Screen touch the Green Arrow to start your mapping job.

    4. Removing a Zone if mapped incorrectly If you would like to delete a particular zone within a larger map, you are able to do so. If you are not in an active Mapping Job, start in Section 3a) in this Guide, stopping at Section 3b), and then continue below.
  • Page 12 Make sure you see the message “Editing Spray Zones” just above the Green Menu. You may need to Scroll and Zoom to find the zone to delete. Touch in the middle of the zone to highlight the zone with a yellow border. Once the zone is highlighted, hit the [Green Menu] button to bring up the zone deletion option.

    5. Spraying with Zone Maps From the Home Screen touch the Green Arrow to start your Spray Job. Touch the [Job] button to rename the job you are going to start. Note: It is best to name your Spray Job. It will be easier to recognize in your Slingshot account.
  • Page 14 Next hit the [AccuControl] button to get to the AccuBoom screen. On the AccuBoom Screen check the “Enable Zone Map” box. (The “Enable AccuBoom” box should already be checked. Leave it checked.) Hit the [Green Check] to continue. You will then be asked to select the Zone Map you wish to use for your spray job.
  • Page 15 (1) Be sure “Enable Product” is checked. (1) Enable Product (2) Be sure rate control is set to “Automatic” (3) Be sure the name of your product is accurate. Hit the blue [Product Name] button to change it. You will be taken to a keyboard screen where you can type a new name if needed.
  • Page 16 You will be asked if you want to create a “Perimeter No Spray Zone”. Hit the [Green Check] to continue. It will take 10 to 20 seconds to build the No Spray Zone around all of your Spray Zones. The Perimeter No-Spray zone will create a “no-spray”...

    6. Spraying As Applied (without a map) As Applied works very well in areas such as roughs and native areas where you are applying more of a broadcast application. Nozzles turn off individually as you enter previous areas already applied. From the Home Screen touch the Green Arrow to start your Spray Job.

    7. Ending a Job When you complete a Job (Spraying or Mapping, etc.) you need to end the Job on the Envizio-Pro. Press the [Green Menu] button to leave the Guidance Screen. Green Menu You will be taken back to the Home Screen and see the message “Job in Progress”.

    8. Resetting Tank Volume (while in a Job) It’s important to reset your tank volume when you fill the tank so you have a visual of the remaining product in the tank shown on your screen. It is also important to be accurate with your actual level, in conjunction with the Alarm that is set in the Envizio Pro for a low tank warning.

    9. Changing Product Settings A. Volume/Area (Tank Volume, Field Area, Field Volume) B. Set Test Speed C. Alarm Settings Starting from the Home Screen, Choose the Blue [Tools] button. Choose the light blue [Product Control] button to continue. Instruction for A, B, and C (below) will continue from this screen.

From this screen you can change your 1) Tank Volume, 2) Field Volume, or 3) Field Area. You can only reset your 4) Total Volume or 5) Total Area when you are NOT in an active Job.

    C. Alarm Settings To make changes to your alarms touch the “Alarm Settings” button. Touch Here Under this tool we recommend that you have the “CAN Audible Alarm” box checked so that you will hear an alarm when it occurs. Note that alarms will also show on the screen when they occur.

    (Note: When you enable remote support the blue button will change to [Disable Remote Support]. This means that you have allowed remote support and someone from Raven or Turflux is now able to link into your Envizio Pro.)     11. File Maintenance (Saving / Deleting) The Envizio-Pro II Field Computer stores information that should be managed on a regular basis. The two most common files types to manage are Job Files and your maps (called Zone Files). Job Files are automatically uploaded into your Slingshot account in the cloud. Backing up your “spray jobs”...
