Introduction This document is intended as a reference outlining the basic specifications of Advantage Voice. This document is not intended to be a step-by-step configuration guide. All calls are routed through Rogers’ private voice (SIP) network. It is important to note that both data and voice traffic can share the same network connection and bandwidth limitations where applicable. -

1. If using Rogers Business Internet or third-party Internet: Connect Port (4) of the Poly Handset to the Internet Access Device via an Ethernet Cable. A. If using a switch, then connect Port (4) of the Poly Handset to your switch using an ethernet cable. -

Wireless Endpoint Setup Rogers 5G Business Internet or Customer WiFi Wireless endpoint setup assumes that the customer is connected to Rogers 5G Business Internet. In this set up the Advantage Voice Devices will connect to the internet via Wi-Fi. 1. If using Rogers 5G Business Internet: Install the Rogers 5G Business internet device by following the easy set up guide Easy Set up Guide —... - Page 10 Wireless Endpoint Setup Rogers 5G Business Internet or Customer WiFi F. Select Connect. 3. Optional: If wired LAN connectivity for a desktop/laptop is required, plug the desktop/labtop info Port (5) using an ethernet cable 4. On first boot, phone will connect to Rogers Network via the internet and will auto download its configuration file, which has been pre-configured.
