    5-inch cone drivers to a rotatable CMD waveguide surrounding a titanium 1.75-inch high-frequency compression driver. Whether it’s used as a compact main system, as fills, or surrounds in a larger system, KX 515-A is quick to deploy and fast to tune.

    “LP 90 Hz / KX 515-A“ on SUB 808-AS has to be pressed (on “KX 515-A” mode). BYPASS / LOCAL SETUP When pressed, the setup is loaded from the internal memory that only RDNet can write.

    4. ROTATION OF THE HORN The KX 515-A horn can be rotated to reverse the coverage angle and obtain a directivity of 70° H x 100° V.. First of all remove the front grille by unscrewing the four screws on top and bottom of the speaker. Then unscrew the four screws on the horn.

    6. INSTALLATION - FLOOR CONFIGURATIONS Several floor configurations are possibile with KX 515-A; it can be placed on the floor or on a stage as main PA or it can be pole mounted on a speaker stand or over a subwoofer.

  • Page 12 7. INSTALLATION - SUSPENDED CONFIGURATIONS With the use of the side flybar it is possible to suspend a KX 515-A below a single suspended SUB 808-AS. 1. Loosen the M10 upper screw and completely remove the lower M10 screw. 2. Place the side flybar brackets on both sides and letting the upper screw pass through the circular bottonhole; then screw back the lower screw (do not tighten the screw yet).

    WARNING! CAUTION! To use this product with the subwoofer pole-mount, before installing the system, please verify the allowed configurations and the indications regarding the accessories, on the RCF website to avoid any danger and damages to people, animals and objects. In any case, please assure the subwoofer which is holding the speaker is located on an horizontal floor and without inclinations.

TROUBLESHOOTING THE SPEAKER DOESN’T TURN ON Make sure the speaker is switched on and connected to an active AC power THE SPEAKER IS CONNECTED TO AN ACTIVE AC POWER BUT DOESN’T TURN ON Make sure the power cable is intact and connected correctly.   • Page 26 7. INSTALLAZIONE - CONFIGURAZIONI IN SOSPENSIONE Con l’utilizzo del flybar laterale è possibile appendere un diffusore KX 515-A sotto a un singolo subwoofer SUB 808-AS appeso. 1. Allentare la vite M10 superiore e rimuovere completamente la vite M10 inferiore. 2. Posizionare le staffa del flybar su entrambi i lati facendo passare la vite superiore attraverso l’asola circolare della staffa; dopodichè riavvitare la vite M10 inferiore (non stringere ancora le viti).

    ATTENZIONE! CAUTELA! Per utilizzare questo prodotto su supporto a stand o su un subwoofer, prima di installare il sistema verificare sul sito RCF le configurazioni consentite e le indicazioni relative agli accessori al fine di evitare pericoli e danni a persone, animali e cose. In ogni caso, assicurarsi che lo stand o il subwoofer che sostengolo il diffusore siano posizionati su un pavimento orizzontale e senza inclinazioni.
