Troubleshooting
No display
Are the batteries installed properly?
Do the batteries need replacing?
Make sure the ON/OFF switch at the rear of the unit is on.
The lid does not open
Make sure the ON/Off switch at the rear of the unit is on.
Press the "Open" button to open the lid if waving your hand over the S-Shield doesn't work.
Make sure the unit is not placed under table lamps or near electrical devices as the close range may affect the
sensitivity of the product.
No response from the audio jack?
Are the earphones or headphones connected correctly?
Black-out screen or abnormal display
Disconnect the power supply by removing the batteries for at least 10 seconds before connecting the power supply again.
To reset, press the
button at the top right corner of the keyboard.
In an environment prone to static discharge, the unit may malfunction.
