meter long non-flex sensor cable. The UC and UF series coil units have
a 1 meter flex cable. The UC series coil units do not have temperature
sensors inside, and two of the 5 wires of its cable do not have a func-
tion. All other coil units have non-flex cables of 1 meter length. If
desired you can shorten the cables and provide appropriate connec-
tors. More details on the cable configuration can be found in Appen-
dix C. The wiring scheme of all ironless coil units can be seen in figures
4.4, 4.5 and 4.6.
Only the UX3S power cable is a flex cable and can be used in a cable
chain. Other cables should not be used in a cable chain. It is possible
to connect the motor cable to your own cable and use that one in the
cable chain, as long as that cable is suitable for cable chains.
