SETTING THE TEMPERATURE AND TIME

The temperature range is 35-70°C.

range is 1-48 hours.
DRYNESS TEST

moisture.

dried.
STORAGE OF FOODS
Proper storage of dehydrated food is essential to maintain its quality and taste:
- Cool, dark place: Store dried foods in a cool, dark location. The cooler the storage, the
longer the food will retain its optimal quality.
- Refrigerator/freezer: If possible, store dehydrated foods in a refrigerator or freezer.
Alternatively, a cool place in your home will suffice.
- Avoid light exposure: Light can degrade the quality and nutritional value of the food.
- Sealed containers: Use sealed bags or darkened containers for storage.
