Activates the optional UT-34 TONE SQUELCH UNIT.

Selects the subaudible tone frequency and offset fre-
quency programming condition.
@ TONE SWITCH [TONE] (p. 12)

Activates the built-in subaudible tone encoder circuit.
- |C-1275E:
Transmits a 1750 Hz tone while pushed.
@ DUPLEX SWITCH [DUP] (p. 12)
Selects semi-duplex or simplex operation.
@ DUPLEX CHECK SWITCH [СНК] (p. 12)
Monitors the transmit frequency during repeater opera-
tion.

Selects transmit or receive.
