Works – UniFi Phone Touch Series Using the touchscreen interface The UniFi VoIP phone has a color touchscreen, which offers easy access to phone functions. Main Screen: Displays the current time, date, and your extension number. Contacts/Directory: You can add frequently dialed contacts to your directory. You can also integrate a directory from your UniFi Controller. -

Works – UniFi Phone Touch Series Voicemail configuration and usage 1. From the Keypad, dial *86 or long-press 1 to access voicemail configuration. 2. Follow the audio prompts to complete voicemail configuration. Once enabled, when you don’t answer a call, it will be redirected to voicemail. -

Works – UniFi Phone Touch Series Make an intercom call Intercom calls are perfect for quick internal communications. To make an intercom call: 1. Tap the information (i) button to expand a contact’s information. 2. Press the Intercom button. By default, intercom calls are auto-accepted by the callee, who is placed on mute. Users can change settings to reject intercom calls or disable auto-mute. -

911/Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) service area. To dial 911 on a Unifi Phone Touch series phone, open the phone app on the device and dial the numbers "9-1-1" on the keypad. -
