Keyboard Lock Hot Keys

This feature lets you use a key sequence to lock your key-
board. This key sequence (up to three keys) can be used at
any time or while in any application program. You must
have a system password to use this feature. (See "Setting an
Initial Password".)

Valid Keys

The following are valid hot keys:
All keys on the typewriter key area of your keyboard
including
Esc key
all function keys (F1 through F12).

Invalid Keys

The following keys are invalid hot keys:
Numeric keypad keys
Arrow keys
"Uppercase" keys
Print Screen, Scroll Lock, and Pause keys
Insert, Delete, Home, End, Page Up, and Page
Down keys.
Before you select a key sequence, review the guidelines in
the next section.

Enter, and Backspace
"Lowercase" keys
punctuation, brackets, and slashes
numbers 0 through 9 (excluding the numeric
keypad)
