  • Page 3 MONTAGEANLEITUNG: Demontieren Sie Griffe, Armaturen, Lenker, Riser und Tacho gemäß den Herstellerangaben. Entfernen Sie die Gummi-Lagerungen aus der oberen Gabelbrücke. Die Gummi-Lagerungen werden nicht mehr benötigt. Montieren Sie die Riserunterteile und ziehen Sie die Muttern nur handfest. Montieren Sie den Lenker und klemmen Sie diesen mit dem Riseroberteil und den beiliegenden Inbusschrauben M6*25 fest.
  • Page 4 Ziehen Sie die Risermuttern M22 mit 85 Nm fest. Montieren Sie Griffe und Armaturen gemäß den Herstellerangaben. Überprüfen Sie die Freigängigkeit von Zügen und Leitungen, sowie die Funktion des vorderen Bremssystems. Überprüfen Sie alle Schraubverbindungen nach einer Probefahrt.     MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove grips, controls, handlebar, risers and speedometer according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Remove the rubber bushings from your upper triple tree. The bushing won’t be used further. Mount the risers and tighten the nuts only by hand. Mount the handlebar and clamp it with the riser top plate and the included Allen head screws M6*25.
  • Page 8 Check the clearance of the wires and brake lines and check the function of the front brake system. Check all bolted connections after a test ride. The Thunderbike team wishes you fun with your new parts. Have a nice and safe ride!
