• The environment surrounding the appliance must have a temperature ranging from 5°C to 35°C. Turn on the ON/OFF power supply switch (Pic.1). When the central warning light on the front is on (Pic.2), the grinder is ready for use. When you attach the portafilter to its support (Pic.1), Max will automatically recognize the dose to be poured (single/double).
Time adjustment When you have obtained the right grind, you can adjust the grinding time to let Max pour the right amount of ground coffee automatically. Adjust the grinding time by rotating the M1 knob for the single dose and the M2 knob for the double dose.
Burr cleaning Carry out a periodic (at least weekly) cleaning cycle of the grinding chamber. You must carry out the cleaning cycle using a suitable cleaning product purchased exclusively from the coffee grinder installer. Remove all coffee beans from the hopper. WARNING Do not remove the hopper from the grinder.
