5. Troubleshooting
5.1
Service-line structure
The service-line is structured in such a way that simple faults can be fixed with the help of
the 1st line support. Depending on the complexity of the issue, you will be further directed
to the specific service department.

Note:
A report of every executed service action must be made and sent to the Heliox
support e-mail address. Refer to section Contact information on page 5. It is
important to mention the type number and serial number of the product in the report.
