Do not place the AX12, handheld controller, or power cord near heat sources. Do not run the AX12 motor continuously for more than 2 minutes. After continuously running for 2 minutes, allow at least 18 minutes of rest to prevent overheating and potential damage to the device.

Before use, ensure the AX12 is securely mounted to the toilet and that the bolts are tightened. If the seat is not stable, troubleshoot and secure the product, then recheck.
The pri- mary purpose of the AX12 is to help users safely and smoothly stand up from and sit down on the toilet, reducing the risk of falls due to leg issues, back problems, or balance difficulties, thus providing a comfortable and safe toileting experience.

15.2”-20” Installation Space Requirements a. Bathroom Entrance Width: The AX12 width is 25.6 inches (65 cm). Ensure the bathroom entrance width is greater than 25.6 inches (65 cm). b. Installation Width: Ensure the distance from the toilet centerline to the walls on both sides is at least 14.6 inches (37 cm).
Power Cord Length and Outlet Requirements: The AX12 power cord length is 6.56 feet (2 meters). Ensure there is a safe, dry outlet within this range. It is recommended to use water- proof outlets with protective covers.

Prepare Materials: Gather 2 sets of expansion bolt kits and a Phillips screwdriver. Each expansion bolt kit consists of a plastic sleeve, a metal washer, and a screw.

4. Align Mounting Holes: Make sure the mounting holes on the AX12 base align with the toilet mounting holes. The base has three adjustable mounting positions at the rear; select the appropriate position based on the size of your toilet.

Part Three: Installing the Armrests 1. Prepare the materials: Gather 2 padded armrests, 4 white bushings, 2 M8 lock nuts, 2 white nut covers, and 1 M8 open-end wrench. 2. Attach Armrest: Fit the pivot holes of the padded armrest over the pivot axle on the base.

Note For hygiene and easy cleaning, we strongly recommend reinstalling the toilet seat and lid. Use the original screws and nuts from your toilet to connect the toilet seat, lid, and AX12 seat mounting holes, then tight- en securely. Note Attach the white hook to the wall to hang the handheld controller.

AX12. 5. Initial Reset: Before the first use, reset the AX12 by lowering it to the lowest posi- tion. Press and hold the DOWN button again until the green light on the controller indicates that the reset is complete.
Use the handheld controller to raise the AX12 to a suitable height for sitting down. 2. Sit Down Slowly: The user should sit slowly and calmly in the center of the AX12. Avoid sitting down forcefully to prevent triggering the product. 3. Hold the Armrest and Controller: The user should firmly grip one armrest with one hand and place the handheld controller on their leg or armrest with the other hand.

If the handheld controller shows a red light or no light at all, you can try performing a reset. Press and hold the DOWN button until the AX12 reaches its lowest position, then continue holding the DOWN button. If the handheld controller lights up green after the reset, it indicates that the control- ler is operating normally.
