The Heavy Duty SACH Foot is designed for users who cannot use a standard weight rating SACH foot.
This foot is not designed for high impact sports or activities, such as construction, or exposure to water.
Warning:
The Prosthetist is responsible for assessing the patient to be appropriate for this device. The Prosthetist must convey the
relevant information for use and safety to the patient.
Patient should be instructed to return to their prosthetist immediately if they notice any unusual noise, motion, or change in
performance that may occur from what could be a damaged module.
Warranty can be void due to:
Unusual usage or abuse (ex. excessive dusty environmental usage, exposure to water), Tampering with any fasteners,
Modification to the module such as sanding or damaging the finish, patient weight too close to weight limit of foot module
(we recommend a 50 lb. buffer).
Must be utilized with footwear, no bare foot usage!
500 pound SACH foot must be paired with 510T 500lbs BK Kit. Failure to do so could void warranty due to possible
incompatibility of componentry.
Inspection:
Biannual interval of the Heavy Duty SACH foot is recommended: Check for signs of any wear, or damage of the wooden keel,
or associated parts.

LIABILITY The manufacturer recommends using the device only under the specified conditions and for the intended
purposes. The device must be maintained according to the instructions for use. The manufacturer is not liable for damage
caused by component combinations that were not authorized by the manufacture.

Store at room temperature, and avoid extremely hot, cold, or moist storage environments Storage Temperature Range:
between temperatures of -10˚C to 50˚C [14˚F and 122˚F]
Do not store in wet or very hot environment.

Use – relative humidity: 0 % to 90 %, non-condensing
Storage/transportation – relative humidity: 20 % to 90 %, non-condensing
Splash - Fresh water, rain, salt water, urine, dust, sand, particles of foam cosmetics
cleaning required after contact with salt-laden air, salt water, chlorinated water, urine, sand
Unallowable environmental conditions
