Can the BCAZ run using a Bogen 2000 Series Digital Clock as a master? Yes, a BCBD 2000 Series Digital Clock can run a BCAZ clock (when used with a Bogen converter box, part #BCCB-000-000-1) when the 2-wire digital communication protocol is desired, or by using RS485 protocol. -

BCAZ Series Zone Clock Installation Manual Troubleshooting The clock is not running, what do I do? a) Measure the voltage between the (black) power wire and the (white) neutral wire. For 24 volt models, the voltage should measure 14 - 28 VAC, unless the 2 wire digital communication system is being implemented. -

To enter the diagnostic testing, press the diagnostic switch located on the right hand side of the movement, or use a Bogen master clock to send the diagnostic tests to the BCAZ clocks. (Please re- fer to your specific master clock’s installation manual for complete details and instructions.) Diagnostic 1 –... - Page 6 BCAZ Series Zone Clock Installation Manual Diagnostic Testing Diagnostic 3– Manufacturing Default Purpose: To bring the clock to 12:00:00 and reset to manufacturers default. Holding the switch for five (5) seconds will enable you to enter into diagnostic three (3). This can be verified by the green diagnostic LED flashing three (3) times with a three (3) second break between flashes.
