Serenelife Schlact 128.. constant E4 code. Filters are clean, until turns on AC or humidifier and shuts off after 5 minutes. Eventually restarts by itself Positive the unit isnt frozen rather the temperature sensor is malfunctioning. Are you able to guide me as to how to identify it and can I order a replacement element.

    Product Operation Placement and Installation Placement: Place the unit on an even, dry surface, ensuring it is at least 50 cm (20 inches) away from surrounding objects. 50cm Installation: • Screw the exhaust duct assembly into the air outlet behind the panel (turn counterclockwise).
