Why is my SLPAC14 leaking water out the bottom back drainage hole and the temp gauge on the top control panel slowly rising in temp from 44f to now reading 59f after 35 minutes

The SereneLife SLPAC14 may be leaking water from the bottom back drainage hole because the internal water tray is full. When the water exceeds the warning level, the unit gives an alarm and displays "FL" on the LCD. This indicates the need to drain water through the outlet.

The temperature gauge rising from 44°F to 59°F after 35 minutes may be due to the unit entering frost protection mode. In cool or dry mode, if the exhaust pipe temperature gets too low, the unit automatically stops to protect itself. Once the temperature rises, it resumes operation, which can cause a rise in the displayed temperature.

My splac14 is giving an error 5. Unit is only two years old and light usage. I have checked the filter and water tray.

Is the discharge for the accumulated water pressurized or is it necessary for the discharge hose to be lower than the unit for gravity drainage. My unit is in the bedroom and there are no "drains" with easy access. Should I build a small stand for my unit to allow for gravity drainage into a container?
