  • Page 9 Assembly, Operation & Maintenance Instructions ASSEMBLY STEP 01 / Take the ame guard (02) and place it into the main bbq assembly (01) in the same orientation as gure below, covering the stainless-steel burner. Ensure the ame guard resting on the 4 screw studs evenly and NOT on the burner directly. / Place the cast iron grill (03) into the top of barbeque chassis.
  • Page 10 Assembly, Operation & Maintenance Instructions ASSEMBLY STEP 02 / Connect the gas regulator (06) onto the gas inlet of the barbeque chassis, push the tting of the regulator and screw the retaining coller until tight. The regulator should be connected with a gas cartridge/cylinder before cooking.

This may take about 5~8 seconds, as the gas has to travel through the burner pipe to the barbeque.
