OIL LEVEL EVERY TIME YOU RIDE
YOUR SCOOTER.

Engine oil level check (03_01)

Check the oil level as indicated
in the maintenance tables.
Park the vehicle on its centre
stand.
NOTE
EVERY TIME THE SCOOTER IS USED,
CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL WHEN
THE ENGINE IS COLD.
Unscrew and take out the meas-
uring tap-dipstick «1».
Clean the area in contact with oil
with a clean cloth.
Screw the tap-dipstick «1» com-
pletely in its tube «2».
Remove the tap-dipstick «1»
again and read the level the oil
reaches on the dipstick.
The level is correct when it is
close to the maximum notch

marked on the measuring dip-
stick.
HET OLIEPEIL TE CONTROLEREN
ELKE KEER MEN HET VOERTUIG GE-
BRUIKT.
Controle van het peil van de
motorolie (03_01)
Controleer het oliepeil van de
motor volgens de tabel van het
onderhoud.
Plaats het voertuig op de cen-
trale standaard.
N.B.
ELKE KEER MEN HET VOERTUIG GE-
BRUIKT, BIJ KOUDE MOTOR, MOET
DE CONTROLE VAN HET OLIEPEIL
VAN DE MOTOR UITGEVOERD WOR-
DEN.
Draai de dop/meetstaaf «1» los
en verwijder deze.
Reinig het deel dat in contact
staat met de olie met een rein
doek.
Draai de dop/staaf «1» volledig
vast in de invoerboring «2».
Verwijder opnieuw de dop/staaf
«1» en lees het oliepeil af op de
staaf.
Het peil is correct wanneer het
ongeveer de streep van het
maximumpeil op de meetstaaf
bereikt.
