On top of the screen: 6 programmable
keys and 6 indicator lights for storing the
most frequently used numbers or
functions (on a paper label).
The 4 keys associated with the names
available on the labels are used while
making a call by name: the indicator
light associated with the key goes on
depending on key availability.
At the bottom of the screen: 6 other
programmable keys and their indicator
lights (listed on the input screen)
Navigator with:
• Vertical navigation keys
• Horizontal navigation keys
• Answer in handsfree mode.
• Redial the last number dialled (LNR)
• Access the LNR log.
• Call the number displayed.
• Program the keys and configure the
set (ring tone / display contrast)

• Customise the set (manage the
directories).
• Call a personal speed dial number.
• Access the directories and call log.
• Access the number list while making
a call (for a second call, for instance).
• Access the voicemail directly (set idle).
Depending on the mode used:
• Set the handset listening volume /
loudspeaker volume/ ringer volume.
• End a call.
• Exit programming without validating
and return the set to idle mode.
• Ringer off.
Validate an option, setting or input.
Additional programmable keys.
• On set idle*: Activate/deactivate the
interphone (associated indicator light
goes on/off).
• During conversation: activate/
deactivate the loudspeaker or
handsfree function.
• Cut the microphone so the
correspondent no longer hears the
conversation (the associated
indicator light goes on).
A message indicator light on the top right side
indicates incoming calls, missed calls and calls left
in the voice mailbox.
Making a call
• Internal call: Number

Call by name (set idle)
Dialling from the names stored in the company
directory:
1. Press
2. Enter at least the first two letters of the name with
the dialpad numeric keys (for example: press two
times the key 6 for the letter N; press the key 2
once for the letter A, etc.).
- Use the
key to make corrections and the
key to display the first name.
- Use the
key or
key to display the next or
previous names.
- Use the
key to modify the entry.
3. Press
to start the call.
