defects which may cause nonconform-

Agency or in the California Air Resources
Board for a period of use, based on the

or 5 (five) years from the original date of
sale to the public, whichever comes first.

Defects under warranty must be repaired
at an Authorized Aprilia Dealership in the
United States, during normal working
hours, and in compliance with the Clean
Air Act and all other applicable United
States Environmental Protection Agency
and California Air Resources Board
norms. All components replaced under
the above indicated warranty become the

drée du moteur est égale ou supérieure
à 280 cc (17.1 cu in); ou 5 (cinq) ans à
compter de la date initiale de vente au
public, une condition excluant l'autre.
