Przewidziane zastosowanie/wskazania:
Stabilizacja oraz przeciwdziałanie obrzękom w przypadku urazów tkanek
miękkich okolicy stawu skokowego, dystalnej części goleni, skręceń stawu
skokowego drugiego i trzeciego stopnia, doleczanie stabilnych złamań
okolicy stawu skokowego, śródstopia, unieruchomienie w wybranym
zakresie terapeutycznym po zabiegach operacyjnych, zabieg operacyjny
na stawie palucha, uszkodzenia tkanki miękkiej, ścięgna Achillesa, ochrona
i stabilizacja pourazowa okolic.
Przeciwwskazania:
Stany wymagające bezwzględnego unieruchomienia kończyny. Otwarte
i niestabilne złamania. Trudno gojące się rany i owrzodzenia skóry
w obszarze działania ortezy. Komory powietrzne nie powinny być
nadmiernie pompowane, w przypadku obecności tego mechanizmu - może
to doprowadzić do podrażnienia skóry. Należy zwrócić szczególną uwagę
na pacjentów z zaburzeniami czucia lub diabetyków. Należy kontrolować
zmiany skórne w przypadku ich wystąpienia. Produkt nie powinien być
stosowany w przypadku wystąpienia owrzodzenia skóry lub otwartych ran.
Instrukcja zakładania:
UWAGA: Buta NEO Walker należy użytkować w skarpecie.
1. Odepnij pasy, a następnie otwórz miękką wyściółkę i umieść delikatnie
stopę w bucie, zwracając uwagę na prawidłowe położenie pięty.
2. Upewnij się ponownie, że stopa jest prawidłowo ułożona w pozycji
siedzącej pacjenta. Zapnij rzepy znajdujące się na ściance wyściółki.
3. Zapnij wszystkie pasy dociągowe, począwszy od dołu w górę,
zapewniając odpowiednią siłę kompresji (patrz rys. 1).
4. W celu napompowania komór powietrznych należy przekręcić
pokrętło zgodnie z ruchem wskazówek zegara, następnie należy
kilkukrotnie nacisnąć czarny przycisk pompki do momentu uzyskania
odpowiedniej siły kompresji (patrz rys. 2).
5. W celu zmniejszenia siły kompresji należy przekręcić zawór powietrza w

zostaną opróżnione automatycznie. (patrz rys. 3).
Konserwacja:
Wyściółkę należy czyścić gąbką z dodatkiem łagodnego detergentu,
unikając nadmiernego przemoczenia. Nie chlorować, nie prać chemicznie,
nie wykręcać. Suszyć z dala od sztucznych źródeł ciepła. Suszyć w postaci
rozłożonej. Nie prasować. Korpus czyścić wilgotną ściereczką.

UWAGA
1. Jeśli podczas korzystania z wyrobu pacjent odczuwa nasilający się
dyskomfort lub ból w obrębie działania ortezy należy przerwać
terapię i skonsultować się z lekarzem lub fizjoterapeutą.
2. Należy upewnić się że wszystkie pasy są zapięte parawidłowo.
Jeśli doszło do sytuacji w której pasy nie mogą być zapięte należy
zaniechać użytkowania ortezy.
Odpowiednie dopasowanie ortezy ma kluczowe znaczenie dla jej
prawidłowego działania.
UWAGA!
Każdy poważny incydent związany z wyrobem należy zgłosić producentowi
i właściwemu organowi państwa członkowskiego, w którym użytkownik lub
pacjent mają miejsce zamieszkania.

Intendent use/indications:
Stabilisation and prevention of swelling in case of injuries to the soft tissue of
the ankle joint area and the distal part of the shin, second- and third-degree
sprains of the ankle joint area, treatment of stable fractures of the ankle joint
area and the metatarsus, immobilisation in the selected therapeutic range
after surgery, surgery on the great toe joint, damage to the soft tissue and
Achilles tendon, protection and post-traumatic stabilisation of the area.
Contraindications:
Conditions requiring absolute limb immobilisation. Open and unstable
fractures. Hard-to-heal wounds and skin ulcers in the area affected by the
orthosis. The air chambers should not be overly inflated, if this mechanism
is present – this can lead to skin irritation. Special attention should be
paid to patients with sensory disorders or diabetes. Skin lesions should be
monitored if they occur. The product should not be used if skin ulcers or
open wounds are present.
Usage:
NOTE: A sock should be worn with this boot.
1. Release hook and loop straps and completely open the inner liner/
wrap.
2. With patient seated, place leg in the brace making sure the heel is at
the back of the brace. Using hook and loop closure, secure liner/wrap
around the foot and leg ensuring a snug but comfortable fit.
3. Fasten hook and loop straps, beginning from the bottom and working
yor way up the leg (see image 1).
4. To inflate the air bladder and increase compression, tum the air valve
clockwise until secure. Press the air bulb at the top of the liner/wrap
until desired compression, is achieved (see image 2).
5. To deflate the air bladder, turn the air valve counterclockwise (see
image 3).
Washing instructions:
Remove foam liner for hand wash, using a mild detergent and cold water,
air dry. Do not wash in washing machine or in mechanical dryer. For plastic
components, clean with a damp cloth, air dry. Do not use detergent or
bleach.
Maintenance:
The inner liner should be washed using sponge and mild detergent. (but is
should not soak through). Dry far away from artificial source of heat. Dry in
a flat position. Do not iron. The cover should be cleaned with a moist cloth.

1. If discomfort or pain results, persists or increases, discontinue to use
and consult with medical professional.
2. Make sure the hook and loop fasteners are well fastened while
wearing the product. If the hook and loop fasteners can not be
Fastened well, stop using the product to prevent injuries.

des Knöchels, des Mittelfußbereichs, Ruhigstellung im ausgewählten
therapeutischen Bereich nach Operationen, Operationen am Zehengelenk,
Weichteilverletzungen, Achillessehne, Schutz und posttraumatische
Stabilisierung der Bereiche.
Kontraindikationen:
Zustände, die eine absolute Ruhigstellung der Gliedmaßen erfordern. Offene
und instabile Frakturen. Schwer heilende Wunden und Hautgeschwüre im
Wirkungsbereich der Orthese. Die Luftkammern sollten nicht übermäßig

mit sensorischen Einschränkungen oder Diabetikern gewidmet werden.
Hautläsionen sollten überwacht werden, wenn diese auftreten. Das Produkt
sollte nicht bei Hautgeschwüren oder offenen Wunden verwendet werden.
Wartung:
Das Pad sollte mit einem milden Waschmittelschwamm gereinigt werden, um
eine übermäßige Benetzung zu vermeiden. Nicht chlorieren, nicht chemisch
waschen, nicht verdrehen. Von künstlichen Wärmequellen trocknen Trocken

Anlegen:
HINWEIS: Der NEO Walker Schuh sollte mit einer Socke getragen werden.

4. Um die Luftkammern aufzublasen, drehen Sie den Knopf im Uhrzeigersinn
und drücken dann mehrmals auf den schwarzen Pumpenknopf, bis die
richtige Kompressionskraft erreicht ist (siehe Abb. 2).
5. Um die Kompressionskraft zu verringern, drehen Sie das Luftventil gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn, die Luftkammern werden dann automatisch entleert.

1. Wenn der Patient während des Betriebes der Orthese erhöhte
Unannehmlichkeiten oder Schmerzen erleidet, beenden Sie die
