Before You Start
•
Decide on an appropriate location for your product (see positioning instructions below).
•
Remove all plastic bags and dispose of safely out of the reach of children & animals.
•
Check the light set before use for any loose or damaged wiring. If in any doubt do not use
Positioning Instructions
1) Please refer to the cable label affixed to the product to establish its positioning suitability.
2) Do not position or place near heaters or any other direct sources of heat.
Tree assembly:
1. STAND
1.Open the stand to form a X shape, making sure, the screw holes line up at the top of the stand.
2.Insert 3 bolts and screw in but don't fully tighten them at this stage.
2. TREE
1. Remove any protective plastic end caps from ends of the tree sections and store in the tree carton.
2. Insert the bottom section of the tree into the stand.
One person needs to hold the tree upright whilst the other person tightens the 3 bolts in the stand to hold the tree firmly in
place (if applicable).
3.Check that the tree is upright and not leaning. If so, undo the screws & repeat the operation.
4.Remove the band that holds the bottom branches together (if applicable). The branches should lower into place. Make sure
that all the branches are lowered completely. Do not use unnecessary force.
Do not connect the plug to the power supply at this stage.
5.Place the middle section on top of the bottom section & remove the band that secures the branches (if applicable). Make
sure that all the branches have lowered properly.
6. Repeat the steps for top part of the tree.
7.Connect the lead that is marked A, B & C to each of the sections on the tree, these will be A, B & C as well by locating the
key or arrow on the male connector and the groove or arrow on the female connector and push both connectors together
firmly. To secure the connection tighten the threaded collar securely. Now connect the transformer to the spare connection
on the lead.
Please note that on bigger trees the lead connectors could be A, B, C & D.

Plug the transformer into the power supply and tree will Lit up.
Some trees are supplied with multifunction transformer, a push button on the transformer. Each push button allows you to
change the light function. Function will be specified on the transformer.
Warnings
Do not connect this product electrically to another product or to anything other than the transformer supplied.

Never allow any part of the set to encounter a source of heat or flame.
•
Do not operate this product in its packaging.
•
Keep the product well ventilated. DO NOT cover the product with cloth, a tree skirt, paper, or any other material.
•
Take care not to damage the cable or fittings, if part of the light set or cable is damaged the product MUST be
destroyed.
