- Page 3 Step 1. Prepare the Frame Assembly On an even, flat surface, align the four legs of the Edge Flex Frame A Step 2. Assemble Frame While keeping the frame corners pressed tightly together, insert the Corner Splines D into the pre- milled pockets of all four corners using a flat-head screwdriver.
- Page 4 Attach TV Bracket Uprights from Sanus TV Bracket box C to the back of the TV using the Sanus hardware provided. IMPORTANT! Refer to the Leon Engineering drawing to determine the proper spacers between the TV and TV bracket. A minimum of 1/16” spacer is required.
- Page 5 Wall Plate. Set template aside. Step 9. Assemble the Edge Flex Frame Backboard Assemble the Edge Flex Frame Backboard B by connecting the pieces together like a puzzle. NOTE: The rabbeted edge should be on the outside of the backboard.
- Page 6 Mark the TV Bracket Wall Plate Location Hold the Mounting Template flush to the top of the Edge Flex Frame Backboard and mark the wall at the same height as your pre-marked line to set the height of the top edge of the TV Bracket Wall Plate.
- Page 7 Step 13. Make All Connections Be sure to plug in all necessary components and connect to power before attaching the TV to the wall. Step 14. Attach the TV to the Wall Attach the TV to the wall by latching the TV Bracket Uprights onto the TV Bracket Wall Plate.
