MENU
This is used to choose the different programmes. Each time it is pressed (accompanied by a short beep) the programme will change.
Press the button repeatedly and the 12 programmes will appear one after the other in the LCD screen. Choose the programme you
want. The 12 programmes are described below.
1.
BÁSICO (BASIC) (03:00 and 02:55): kneads, proves and cooks ordinary bread. You can add other ingredients to give it more
flavour.
2.
INTEGRAL (WHOLEMEAL) (03:40 and 03:32): kneads, proves and cooks wholemeal bread. This programme has a longer
preheating time so that the wheat can absorb the water and rise. It is not recommended that you vary the programme as the
results may not be satisfactory.
3.
FRANCÉS (FRENCH) (03:50 and 03:40): kneads, proves and cooks the dough. This programme has a longer "proving" time. Bread
cooked in this way is crustier and has a lighter texture than other bread.
4.
RÁPIDO (RAPID) (02:10): kneads, proves and cooks the bread. This programme is used to cook white bread quickly. Bread made
in this way generally does not rise very much and results in bread that is little porous.
5.
DULCE (SWEET) (02:50 and 02:45): kneads, proves and cooks sweet bread. This programme is used to cook types of sweet bread.
Its crust comes out better browned than on basic settings. You can add other ingredients to give it more flavour.
6.
PASTEL (CAKE) (01:50): mixes and cooks all types of cake.
7.
MERMELADA (JAM) (01:20): use this setting to make jams from fresh fruit. Never use quantities greater than those indicated in
the recipes. The contents of the baking pan should not be able to boil over in the baking chamber. If this does occur, switch off the
appliance immediately. Remove the baking pan carefully, allow it to cool and clean thoroughly.
8.
MASA (DOUGH) (01:30): this setting only makes dough, it does not cook bread. When ready remove the dough and shape it to
make rolls, pizza etc. Any dough can be prepared on this setting. The total weight of ingredients must not exceed 1 kg.
9.
ULTRA RÁPIDO (ULTRA RAPID) (00:59): kneads, proves and cooks the bread in less time. Generally the bread is smaller and
coarser than bread made on the Rapid programme.
10. HORNEADO (BAKE) (00:10): only bakes, it does not knead or prove the dough. It can also be used to increase the cooking time
of other programmes.
11. SIN GLUTEN (GLUTEN FREE) (02:50): kneads, proves and cooks gluten free bread. You can add other ingredients to give it more
flavour. Use rice flour to make the bread instead of wheat based bread flour.
12. CASERO (HOMEMADE) (03:00): you can programme this yourself. This programme allows the user to adjust the time for each
phase of the programme, kneading, proving, cooking, keeping warm, to make bread to taste. The adjustable time margin for each
programme is as follows:
