- Page 4 Soundchief Channel Cart Setup Bottom Shelf Assembly • Insert the knob into the Soundchief channel frame. • Then, attach the bottom shelf to the Soundchief channel frame. • Now, tighten the knob securely. • Repeat the same process to attach the bottom shelf to the other channel frame.
- Page 5 • Loosen the bolt using a 5mm Allen key and remove it. • Now, slide the plate forward and insert the bolt. • Then, tighten the bolt again using a 5mm Allen key. • Repeat the same process on the other side. Wheel Bracket Assembly •...
- Page 6 2 x 16'' Wheels Assembly • Remove both bushes from the caster wheel shaft. • Now, insert the bushes into the wheel on both sides. • Now, attach the wheel to the cart and insert the bolt by aligning the holes. •...
- Page 7 Sliding Shelf Assembly • Now, attach the sliding plate to the cart and insert the knob by aligning the holes. • Then, insert the other knob. Repeat the same process on the other side. • The sliding shelf is now properly attached to the cart.
- Page 8 Bottom Shelf Assembly • Now, attach the bracket to the cart and insert the bolts. • Then, tighten both bolts using a 5mm Allen key. • Follow the same process to attach the other plate. Rack Mount Bracket Assembly • Remove both bolts, nut bolts, and washers from the rack mount using a 10mm spanner.
- Page 9 • Follow the same process to attach the rack mounting bracket to the other holder. • Now, attach the rack mount to the bracket and insert the handle rod. Caster Wheels Mounting • Remove one bush from the small caster wheel shaft and insert the bolt into the wheel.
