  • Page 19 SECTION 3: TROUBLESHOOTING (continued) GOT A LOW FLAME? NOTE: Elevation and temperature affect the cylinder gas pressure and performance (flame height) of gas appliances. Your geographic location or local weather may be at fault. STEP 1 Check propane level. If less than half full replace the cylinder. Repeat the ignition sequence in section 2. STEP 2 If the propane cylinder is full and your Fire Table experiences low flame, or flame height does not appear to be normally adjusted by the gas knob, it is likely that the CSA excess flow safety device has been tripped in the hose regulator.
