Risk of electrical shock and fire! Make sure the under side of the milk frother is dry.
Tips: For optimal milk froth use semi skimmed, refrigerated (4-6°C / 39.2-42.8°F) milk. Milk which has been frozen will not froth. For hygiene and machine maintenance reasons: only use freshly opened, refrigerated, heat treated milk (pasteurised or UHT); do not use enriched milks, reconstituted powdered milks or flavoured milks; do not add syrups, sugar, chocolate powder or other substances into the jug. These can damage the coating during use. You can use soy, almond or oat drink for your preparations. Warning: Plant-based beverages contain allergens (soy, almond, gluten) and should be handled carefully by persons suffering from food allergies. The volume of froth depends on the nature of the beverage used, and its temperature.

![]()
- Do not put the Aeroccino in the dishwasher and do not immerse into water for cleaning purposes. Do not water the bottom part of the Aeroccino which contains the electrical plug, but clean the interior of the Aeroccino with detergent and rinse with warm/hot water. Use non-abrasive cleaning materials.
![]()
- Dry all Aeroccino parts with a fresh and clean towel, cloth or paper and reassemble all parts.
![]()
![]()
- Ensure the Aeroccino is cold before removing it from the base. Or, if removing with care, rinse with cold water immediately to cool down the Aeroccino and avoid burning risks.
- Do not immerse neither the Aeroccino nor the base in the water.
![]()
In case the base needs to be cleaned, unplug it first and use only a damp cloth. Make sure the connector is dry before operation. Do not immerse the base in water nor put it in the dishwasher. - If the bottom part of the Aeroccino is wet, dry it before putting it back in contact with the base connector.
- Only use non-abrasive cleaning materials. Do not use abrasives, sharp objects, brushes: risk of scratches and harm to the Aeroccino coating.
