DISASSEMBLY OF MEAT CHOPPER Figure 29 shows the meat chopper. Figure 29 MAINTENANCE & DAILY CLEANING Clean the blade, table, and mincer with water after using the machine. Open the guard cover for cleaning if necessary. Feeding oil on those parts that will easily become rusty to avoid developing rust.
