Bill Loading Procedure

To avoid jamming, miscount and other errors such as CHAIN NOTE error, it's critical to use the proper bill loading technique. We recommend that the user follow the steps below to properly load the Cassida 6600.

STEPS
Adjust the bill guides to a size slightly wider (0.10" on each side) than the width of the bills in the stack.

  1. Correct or remove the bills if they are wet, excessively dirty, spoiled, damaged, folded or severely wrinkled. Otherwise, they can cause jamming and miscounts.
  2. Square the bill stack as shown:
  3. Place the bill stack flat on the hopper as shown.

If, after using the recommended bill loading technique, CHAIN NOTE error or jamming are still encountered. Please follow the Feed Gap Adjustment Procedure or contact Cassida After Market Technical Services.
