    SSG6080A Series User Manual Introduction The SIGLENT SSG6080A series is a benchtop microwave signal source, with an output frequency range of 100 kHz to 40 GHz. It supports AM/FM/PM analog modulation, as well as pulse modulation, pulse train generator and power meter control, and is equipped with a high-stability and high-precision OCXO reference source.
