Problem
Steam programme does not
start. The steam water contain‐
er indicator lights up.
After a steam programme,
clothes are not sufficiently
smooth.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible solution
Make sure that the appliance
door is closed.
Fill water container.
Clean the steam water filter
Note the composition of the
fabric.
Set a higher steam level.
Load the machine with fewer
clothes, or only equivalent
ones.
Remove clothes quickly one at
a time from the machine as
soon as possible after the start
of the anticrease phase.
Hang clothes on clothes hang‐
ers, do up buttons and tug
clothes into shape.
Reshape multilayered clothes
by ironing after they come out
of the machine.
