Fuse protection is required for wire and component protection in case of short circuit. Fuses must be fitted as close as possible to the battery positive terminal. REDARC recommend using a MIDI style bolt down fuses as they ensure a low resistance connection. The REDARC FK40 and FK60 Fuse Kits are recommended. -
