Wiring Instructions

1 Remove contents of kit and ensure that all parts are included.

Isolator terminal protectors

Battery terminals

Battery terminal protector

750mm Auxiliary battery ground cable (black)

200mm Battery positive cable (red)

1800mm Battery positive cable (red)

Fuse holders (incl. mounting nuts)

Fuses (60A)

2 * Remove Main Battery Earth. *

3 Place fuses in fuse holders, and attach red cables to fuse holders as shown in diagram.

Page 2 4 Insert the crimped ends of the cables into the Isolator terminal protectors provided. 5 Mount the SBI unit in a convenient location. Redarc recommends connecting the SBI as close as possible to the start battery. 6 Connect the SBI ground wire to chassis earth, ensure a good connection is made, and any paint removed from the mounting location.
Page 3 9 Mount the auxiliary battery in its desired location. 10 Connect the Battery positive cable to the Auxiliary battery positive terminal as shown in diagram. NOTE, this cable should also be installed with the fuse closer to the battery, not the SBI.
