Power switch 2. Remove printer power, network and phone / fax connections from back panel and set the old printer aside.

Do not package the defective printer for return without first ensuring the toner cartridges/drums have been removed! Failure to remove these will cause costly damage to the unit during shipping. If the replacement printer came with toners already installed you are to leave those toners with the store manager for use later and instead port over the original toners into the replacement printer.

Select [Fax Number] on the touch panel. 24. Using the keypad and on screen options, enter the fax number. Ask the Store Manager for the fax number.
