Condition Two
For previously purchased Solidcom C1 and Solidcom C1 Pro headsets, the Hub and
headsets need to be manually paired before use. The pairing procedures are as follows.
1. Power on the Hub and headset, and then use a USB-A to USB-C cable to connect
them.
2. A pop-up window appears, indicating a firmware version mismatch. Choose Yes to
upgrade the headset.
