use, please read the basic safety instructions carefully.
The safety measures listed here reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury when fol-
lowed correctly. Please keep the manual in a safe place for future reference, as well as the
sales receipt and box. If applicable, give these instructions to the future owner of the appli-
ance. Always follow basic safety instructions and hazard prevention measures when using
an electrical appliance. The manufacturer will not be responsible for any damage resulting
from the user's failure to follow these instructions.
Before using any electrical appliance, carefully read the following basic
safety precautions.
• This appliance is intended for use in a home or similar setting, for exam-
ple: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other work environments,
cottages and by customers in hotels, motels and other residential type
environments, bed and breakfast type, catering and similar non-retail
applications.
• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and older and per-
sons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of ex-
perience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruc-
tion concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
• Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance of
the appliance should not be carried out by children without supervision.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Keep ventilation openings free of obstructions.
• Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrost-
ing process other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments
of the appliance unless they are of the type recommended by the man-
ufacturer.
• For appliances that use flammable insulating gases, only the service
agent or similarly qualified personnel can remove the flammable insu-
lating gases contained in the appliance.
• Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flamma-
ble propellant in this appliance.
• To avoid danger due to instability of the appliance, it must be fixed in
accordance with the instructions shown in the instructions.
• This refrigeration appliance is not designed to be built-in.
