WendyLett4Way
WendyLett2Way and WendyLett4Way are two different draw sheets that can be used together with a WendyLett slide sheet. WendyLett2Way is
used for lateral repositioning and WendyLett4Way is used for both lateral repositioning and repositioning higher up or lower down in bed. WendyL-
ett4Way has an anti-friction material on the underside and has been developed mainly for heavy users. Available in several sizes.
Check Safety
Visual inspection
Check the condition and function of the assistive device regularly.
Always inspect the product after laundering. Check to ensure that
seams and material are free from damage. Check to ensure that
fabric is not worn or faded. If there are signs of wear, the product
must be discarded.
Friction test
Low friction - Ensure that the surface is smooth and slides effort-
lessly. Compare with a new product.
Placement
WendyLett2Way
A tag on WendyLett4Way indicates which side should be placed facing upwards in bed. After turning, gliding movement can be inhibited by bedding
WendyLett4Way in under the mattress on both sides of the bed.
Material
The WendyLett slide sheet has a pattern of white stripes on a grey background. Stripes indicate direction of glide.
The draw sheet, WendyLett 2Way, has a white fabric with grey stripes. Stripes indicate the direction in which the sheet is drawn.
WendyLett 4Way has a grey-checked pattern and has a sliding surface underneath. Stripes indicate the direction in which the sheet is drawn.
