Product management includes promotion, pricing,
development of sales support materials
Provides technical sales support for the IR
IMPACT compressor in the Central Zone
Provides technical sales support for the IR
IMPACT compressor through our partner, Bitzer
US, where needed by request of account
executives
ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES
Oversees all design engineering functions as it
relates to the testing and integration of the IR
IMPACT compressor into Hussmann Refrigeration
Systems products
Responsible for testing of the IR IMPACT
compressor
Responsible for engineering review and
integration of the IR IMPACT compressor in the
aftermarket retro-fit program
Responsible for the integration of the IR IMAPCT
compressor into any Hussmann Refrigeration
Systems OEM products
Responsible for the integration of the IR IMAPCT
compressor into any Krack Corporation
Commercial products
Responsible for UL compliance of the IR IMPACT
compressor and for UL compliance of any
products into which the IR IMAPCT compressor is
installed.
Oversees the eastern zone Application engineers
responsible for quoting and preparation of legends
with the IR IMPACT compressor and the
Refrigeration System Solution Package (RSS)
OEM EQUIPMENT WARRANTY/TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Responsible for the Quality of Manufactured
Products (IR IMPACT compressor and the
Refrigeration System Solution Package RSS)
produced at The Hussmann Suwanee Facility
Provides Factory support for (IR IMPACT
compressor and the Refrigeration System Solution
Package RSS) manufactured at The Hussmann
Suwanee Facility
Responsible for customer service for new projects
and warranty parts for Chino Systems products
into which the IR IMPACT compressor is installed
Manages Field Service engineering organization
that provides field support for OEM equipment
utilizing the IR IMPACT compressor
